Hi Julia
I have been in practice in BC Canada for the past 16 years or so, Peior to that I was trained in Auckland New Zealand way back in 1984..
Yes I am qualified in Aquatic rehab. Sadly I do not have the time to be doing it full time, Originally I used the rehab techniques with people recovering from strokes but slowly went back into general practice. IN October )( I am off to Holland to attend a Conference http://www.fasciacongress.org/2009/index.htm
Following the conference I hope to be meeting up with an old friend called Johan Lambeck. Johan is one of the originaters of a techniques called Ring Method. He is a Physiotherapist who has been working tirelessly to try to get Aquatic rehab into the main stream (pardon the pun). http://www.halliwick.net/
I hope to talk him into comming out to vancouver to teach his full course. So stay tuned.. Ok Bye for now..
Don
