Email reminders- anyone use meeting wizard for this?

Hi all,

I'm an independant contractor at a massage clinic.  We don't have a receptionist, we all just pitch in and answer the phones/schedule appts for each other.  I currently don't do reminder calls, or reminder emails, but think maybe I should start to get into the habit--I'm finding it challenging to do reminder calls, but thought maybe I could try to find some sort of automated email reminder that people can opt into.  A client recommended Meeting Wizard, which I've started to look into, but don't know if it will suit the need of an appointment reminder.  Anyone use this service, or know of something similar?
