Lomi Lomi Classes

Does anyone know of really good lomi lomi classes in the Mid-Atlantic region. Thanks

Hi Judith. An introductory class (16CEU's) is happening Sept 5 & 6 in Marion, NC extending into a 5 day class (42 CEU's) for those interested in the longer course.

Hawaiian restorative healing includes massage.
This healing method involves more than technique.

In this 2 day intro class you will learn about the history, culture and what Lomilomi is all about or come for a review (It's always new )

Participate in ancient movement exercises
Learn proper breathing techniques
Learn how to use your forearm properly to save your wrist and hands.

This class covers the prone position basics and gives you the foundational skills

It is also a great review class if you have studied lomi previously

It is a required class to take Lomi Fusion

I am a lomilomi educator, trained on Kaua'i under the lineage of Kahu Abraham . I still continue my studies til this day.

I am offering a workshop at my NC home this September. I believe Kathy posted it below.
