I am interested in what is your greatest referral source? I utilize many different venues and avenues such as BNI networking group, Personal trainers, Students from the classes I have taught, present and past clients, referral contests, and Im working on another that I will share if it turns into something viable.
Thank you looking forward to your input
Respectfully

With me it was clients. They brought their friends.
The greatest referral source is the last customer who you worked on. If you did your job right they will enthusiasticaly tell everyone how awesome you were! Period. No other source will build you a bullet proof client base better than word of mouth. This comes from a LMT who has NEVER advertised and makes $160K with just his massage skills every year for year after year. 40 plus clients per week. Focus on therapeutic neuro-muscular massage...leave the fluff stuff to the hair salons and spas. People will return month after month for "therapy" but for "just" a massage they can afford to leave it out of their budget. !!!
There you go, Rudy!

UMass Medical School is near my office. I offer all the employee's a discount
1) Clients 2) MDs 3) Dentists. We do a huge amount of TMJ work in my office.
Our greatest source of referrals in the Internet with client referrals as our number two source. Our Internet marketing includes; Search Engine Optimization, Google Adwords, our blog, specialty sites, and a lot more. It takes a long time to keep working the Internet but that consistently beats everything else for us. Of course, client referrals are also a very high source for us and that is a lot cheaper.
my clients and Professional Referral Organization of KS which is similar to BNI but less than half the cost.
I loved BNI at first, but after 1 year, I noticed I was getting the same 'referrals' over and over.
I do many presentation to groups like Fibro Support Groups, American Red Cross and these have really paid off for me.
Eric,

My greatest referral source is medical doctors. I average aprox. 250 medical doctor referrals per year. My practice is very limited to medical and orthopedic massage and neuromuscular therapy. My clinic does about 85% personal injury and workers comp. Take a look at what I give physicians on my website www.medassisthealthcare.com.

Thanks,

Rodney Geren
