massage manual lymphatic drainage for people living with cancer.

good morning. just finished up a week of manual lymphatic drainage training, by the Klose training institute of Vodder method MLD. amazing work. proud to say they certified me as a "certifidedMLD therapist. hoping to share at least some percautionary info in regards to working with cancer patients. there really is alot we can do to cause life-long problems for perople if we dont know how to manage/handle/alter massage for  the cancer patients.  I think thats why its been contraindicated in the past to perform massage on cancer patients. we really need to make massage a valid option for sympton support and comfort care for these people and i am willing to share in order for all therapist to continue moving ahead and not falling behind in credibility, especially in the medical arenas we may be moving towards.
