I agree with you Karina. I have to take care of myself first otherwise I am no good to anyone. I see it every day in this business of thereapists who say "I need a massage but I am too busy". It was suggested to me early on not to over do and to take care of myself. I am glad I listened. I do stretches every day and especially hand exercises and get a massage every week.

Someone (hint-hint) should create a really good booklet, on Selfcare and Body Mechanics for the Festival. There really isn't enough info out there. If you create it, I will put it in the attendee bags for you.
