Thank you for the reminder regarding advertising requirements for CE classes.  In my earlier posting, I should have included the following statement: "Approved by the Louisiana Board of Massage Therapy for a maximum of 21 and 7 CEUs, respectively." 

My provider number is LAP-0138.
