Thanks for the suggesiont of a compost pile. I read that suggest else where as well. IIT is something that I have always thought about trying,so maybe now is the time. I live in northern Michigan ,so I would proably have to wait till Spring time to start. I will need to do some research on this. I would like to start out small scale. as well as I would need to have a closed container of sorts to keep my dogs and the wild life around here out. ant thoughs on a container?

Hi Rick,

Just checked out The Truth About Six Pack Abs Today. Several sites here state it is all fraud and that there is nothing to it except a money making sceme.

When I want Milk I use Almond Milk. It is really good and I enjoy it on a bowl of cereal once in awahile and for cooking when milk is called for in a recipe.

I'm wondering with the soy thing however if it's more a moderation issue. A billion healthy asian folks can't be wrong can they? (I do realize there are many many more factors, than merely soy products) I've cut out soy milk, but I do love sushi with edamame. But as you stated for same reasons, I've pretty much cut it all out.
