Outcall Rates

Hi all,
I am wondering if any of you are working primarily outcalls, and how you charge for this. In LA I had an outcall fee structure as follows :
120 for 1 hour
130 for 75 minutes
140 for 90 minutes
...which I had no trouble with...

I am now in Portland, OR. I am thinking of just charging a flat $50 to my hourly of $75+...

Thoughts? Experiences??
