There are three (3) Nationally recognized Prenatal Instructors that I have come across. Carol Osborne, Kate Jordan and Elaine Stillerman. I checked their current schedules and found that only Elaine has a course in CT Sept 25-27 2009. Nothing in the NY/NJ for the rest of the year.
