I'm reading the following as Triggerpoints being able to overide CNS input by interupting the signal locally. Eg
When clients repeatedly turn their ankles, (inspite of joint muscles strengthening exercises) does this mean local TP's dibilitate/cut out motor nerve impulses that would otherwise secure the joints safe function?
