For those who attend sporting events and provide massage to the athletes. Do you change sheets after each client? Do you not use sheets at all and just wipe the table off or how do you handle your table between clients?

I use a twin size mattress cover to protect the table and alcohol spray between. Paper towels for face rest covers and wiping down, lots of hand sanitized as there is rarely washing facilities nearby.

I do not use sheets, but make sure the clients remove their shoes & especially safety pins if they have race numbers pinned to their shirts. Like David & Lorrie, I use disinfectant & lots of hand sanitizer.

No sheets. Thin plastic (like what Painter's lay down to protect floor from paint splatter). Mixture of rubbing alcohol and water to clean off plastic. Disposable face rest covers.
