Hello! I finish MT school in two weeks - woo hoo! I've given two massage demos to potential employers. The first time I was asked to "show what you know" and I tried to mix Swedish, Deep Tissue and NMT all together which didn't work as well as I thought it would in a 30 minute session. The second interview was Swedish but I released a trigger point when I stumbled across it (after asking). The thing I think I really messed up on during the second one was she asked for warm towels to wipe off her back and I totally forgot (not a normal part of what I have been doing!). I'm hoping it wasn't a big deal.
Does anybody had any pointers for us newbies to keep the jitters away? Right now I think my best strategy is to pick one style for the demo and stick with that...
