I've been doing it for the past 20 years, starting with Reiki. However I've found Jin Shin Jyutsu to be much more specific for a wide variety of conditions and I fully believe it to be more effective in many ways. As always keeping your own channel as clear as possible is crucial to the healing work we all do.

I'd love to hear ways in which many of you clear your own energy & keep it flowing!

It has been 11 years for me. (Reiki)
I was lucky enough to do a treatment called vibrational healing at canyon ranch that included a little jin shin. It included many types of energy work and was in a cavitasonic room. I am so excited about the many combos of energy work that are available these days. I will receive many types during the healing of my lumbar surgery. I had reiki last night! craniosacral will come next week. Great alternative since I can't get massage :-)
