How does one determin what to charge when providing CE courses

What do you think is a fair price for per hour or does it depend on the course taught?

The World Massage Festival has CE classes available for $10 an hour up to $12.50. After that it is too high. I see courses advetised all the time for $20 and hour or more. I don't care what the course is. If it is over $15 I am not paying. My money is hard earned and too precious to me.
