The 8 oils to use in the technique are: 1. Balance 2. Lavender 3. Melaluca 4. OnGuard 5. Aromatouch 6. Deep Blue 7. Wild Orange 8. Peppermint.. Will post technique as soon as I figure out how.
Here is the aromatouch technique using Doterra essential oils.
Imagine the client lying prone. The spine is the dividing line between left and right, with there being five zones on each side, before applying any oils directly to the skin use coconut oil as a beginning clarifer to protect the skin from the upcoming CPTG oils.
First oil: BALANCE
1) APPLY OIL from Sacrum to Skull
2) 3 CLOCKWISE CIRCLES with palms over heart, hold hands there
while you make a connection with the person
3) MOVE HANDS from heart to neck and sacrum, wait for balance of
Energy
2nd oil: LAVENDER
1) APPLY OIL from Sacrum to Skull
2) PALM SLIDE 3 times each on each side
3) 5 ZONES PULL from Sacrum up to the top of head thru all 5 zones
4) MASSAGE EARS, top to bottom, 3 times
3rd oil: MELALUCA
1) APPLY OIL from Sacrum to Skull
2) PALM SLIDE 3 times each on each side
3) 5 ZONES. PULL from Sacrum up to the top of head thru all 5 zones
4th oil: ON GUARD
1) APPLY OIL from Sacrum to Skull
2) PALM SLIDE 3 times each on each side
3) 5 ZONES PULL from Sacrum up to the top of head thru all 5 zones
_. 4) THUMB WALK TISSUE PULL alternating Right and Left circles away from spine, 3 times
5th oil: AROMATOUCH
1) APPLY OIL from Sacrum to Skull
2) PALM SLIDE 3 times each on each side
3) 5 ZONES PULL from Sacrum up to the top of head thru all 5 zones
6th oil: DEEP BLUE
1) APPLY OIL from Sacrum to Skull
2) PALM SLIDE 3 times each on each side
3) 5 ZONES. PULL from Sacrum up to the top of head thru all 5 zones
4) THUMB WALK TISSUE PULL alternating Right and Left circles away from spine, 3
times
COVER BACK AND MOVE TO FEET
7th oil: WILD ORANGE AND 8th oil: PEPPERMINT
1) APPLY BOTH OILS to Bottom of RIGHT Foot
2) THUMB MASSAGE on all three zones
3) MASSAGE 5 zones from heel to toes
4) APPLY PRESSURE WITH THUMBS through each zone; from heel to end of each Toe
5) APPLY BOTH OILS to Bottom of LEFT Foot
6) REPEAT steps 2,3 & 4
COVER FEET AND MOVE TO BACK
1) APPLY Wild Orange and Peppermint from Sacrum to Skull
2) PALM SLIDE 3 times each on each side (cover back)
