    I really like how Health Canada makes reimbursement for massage so simple for our Northern neighbors when they visit: http://www.holidayvalley.com/
    I fill out a receipt with my printed name and NYS License #, and they get reimbursed! Our healthcare system could learn volumes from that, eh? -Steve
