Verne, I did not know that you are Brandon's Brother, we are very good friends with Brandon and we refer clients to each other, he also uses our space for lectures. As far as Hiring we do not hire, we only contract with therapist. We have a couple of options one is to rent a space based on days, the other (more popular with new people starting out) is we do a 60/40 split in your favor. How this works is you would see some of our clients when we are too booked to see them ourselves but it also gives you a space to start building your own clientele. we have two therapist there that are working in that way now. Well that is why the two therapist we have contracted there do the 60/40 split, they pay no rent, they only come in when they have a client and get paid for it, it also gives them the opportunity to find new clients and have them come to a professional salon without all the overhead. It really is the best way to go when you are starting out.
