Hello Patty, Thank you for befriending me. 

What we are dealing with are fronts that are most likely tragically using human trafficking to supply their labor force.  That is why they can get away with offering $10 - $20 per hour massages.  I have only begain to scratch the surface of the problem, but these shops are exploding at an alarming rate of 2 - 3 a week in the PH \ Concord area.  We called a shop in Concord and they didn't know what certification was and could only answer that their therapists were trained "somewhere else".
