I was the Illinois Chapter President when the bill reared it's head...The bill number is etched deeply in my mind trust me! I would recommend that you contact the Chapter about it. There are some "things" that need to be addressed and I think they are doing some review. While the Governor has signed the bill, the rules process is still taking shape, and there may be some room to "right some of the wrong" in it. If nothing else, make sure they know who you are so that you could be a point of contact in the future.
