I am big on nutrition too. I will check out your site. I have a gluten allergy but I know longer find it hard. I actually like to experiment with different foods. Have you ever been to Wildflours on main street Brunswick. My favorite place...best gluten free whoopie pies ever. I try to stay away from sugar but when I splurge that is where I like to go.
