Hi Elizabeth, Yes you really can work the whole body using the forearms. I just finished making an instructional massage video demonstrating how to do this. It will be out in a couple of weeks (I will send you a note, when it's out), meanwhile the intro to the video is on youtube.com just search under my name to find it. Good luck, shari auth
Hi! Thanks for the tips ! The rods in her legs are along the femurs in both legs . But sidelying for her is very difficult so i never put her in that position. I have been looking into different classes but in my area there are so few . I have been cking youtube for different massage vids , being careful as such because some are not what they appear to be . Also , I use dual purpose from biotone which I love ! If needed , I simply add extra arnica oil to it but just a few drops . I found the essential oil for it on the web and love the stuff! But I am also aware this form of it is extremely potent and should be used with caution . Do you by chance have a list of vids and where to find them online? That would be so helpful! Thanks again for your advice !
