Delightful Bath Oil:

2 cups of milk

½ cup of Vodka

2 tbsp. Clear Honey

½ cup of corn oil

½ cup Sweet Almond Carrier Oil

1 cup of olive oil

2 eggs

3 drops of essential oil your choice

1 tbsp. mild soap flakes

 

Beat together the eggs, vegetable oils,  add the milk, vodka, soap flakes, and essential oil, still beating, Pour into bottles, cover, label and store in the refrigerator. Add about one tablespoon under the faycet when running the water…

Essential oil Recipes

Arthritic Hips and Knees

6 drops of French Lavender

4 drops Bergamot

4 drops Marjoram Wild Crafted

2 drops Black Pepper

25ml Apricot Carrier Oil

 

Gently massage into hips and knees twice daily.

 

Sciatica & Backaches

8 drops Bulgarian Lavender

6 drops Marjoram Wild Crafted

10 drops Roman Chamomile 10%
