You asked about massage magazines in the USA... There are basically 4 that are reputable and available nationwide: Massage Magazine, Massage & Bodywork (ABMP professional magazine), Massage Therapy Journal (AMTA professional magazine). However there is also the Massage Therapy Research Database (massagetherapyfoundation.org) that indexes research articles for massage. It's not a magazine. I hope this helps.
