Hi lisa, I found experimenting:) on myself using vacuum cups for a few months prior to my course, was most enlightening.
If I am going through a very busy day I will use 4 large cups =2 on gluetes 2 on lumber to rehydrate my lumber fascia.
Stagnant blood? is the bruising, you may find you get very dark marks at first but with regular use this stops! and you just get healthy looking pink marks .....hmmmm stagnant blood may really exist !
Its such an intresting feild of work to get into.
