I find that I have a strong desire to add at least 1-2 new services a year.... whether it be re-working an existing one or trying out a new product with a brand new treatment.

First, let me say, I do much more massage than spa work. The only spa treatments I do are those by Set-N-Me-Free. Aside from KNOWING I didn't do many of them last year, there were several that I didn't do AT ALL. So just these past few days, I changed my packages up. I'm still offering the same single-service items, but instead of offering a discount by 'single spa services with 60 minute massage,' I now have:
a Scalp to Sole Ultimate Body Makeover, described as: Soothe your entire body with a skin polish, warm linen wrap, hand and foot mask, 75 minute massage, and a mini-facial. $170--SAVE $30;
a Warm Linen Wrap Deluxe, described as: Includes a mini-facial and your choice of hand and foot polish, mask, or massage. $95--SAVE $10;
and a Skin Rejuvenation, described as: Polish and mask of your choice soften and hydrate your body, hands and feet. $90--SAVE $10.

So far, I've only put these changes on the brochure on my computer, haven't printed any off or added to my Clickbook services, or website. I will be trading my free abmp website in for a hopefully easier to update site with more bells and whistles in the next few weeks, so if anyone is interested, please, check out my site now and tell me what you like or don't like about it! www.rslmt83.massagetherapy.com MUCH appreciated! Most of the content will just getting copied and pasted to the new site, but I would love feedback if anything needs to get changed.

And btw, do you think I SHOULD discount these new packages...? Or just leave them bundled together to be more appealing, but offer the regular price? More info to help me decide: I have the mini-facial, and hand/foot mask and polish listed on my Add-On menu for like $10 each, or separately for up to $30 each. The prices listed above are based on the Add-On price, not the a la carte price. Maybe I should base the price by the a la carte price? I haven't figured out how much time the Ultimate package will take...that's my concern, I guess, making sure my TIME gets paid for also!
Excellent - sounds like you have it down! I wouldn't discount the new packages, leave them together....you may want to give an introductory gift to help push them instead. I find in my practice that the add-on isn't as powerful as the already included in the package - I think they see the "whole" treatment and don't want to worry about how much more if I add this or that, etc. Simplify it so your time and efforts are paid!
I just added up how much time the Scalp to Sole Ultimate Body Makeover package will take--about 4 hours! So I definitely like the idea of NOT discounting that. Using the add-on prices, that's still only $200, and will take 230-240 minutes of my time, so I think that is discount enough.

Thanks for the feedback Alicia, that was very helpful! :)

I've been in business nearly two years and I've reworked my menu three times. This was due to new skills I've learned through CE courses that I've taken. When I first opened my menu was probably only 2/3rds of what it is now. I recently changed my menu to temporarily remove some items that haven't sold as well - temporarily because I plan to do some research and possible revamp and re-market them.

Rachel: I like your new site. Sorry didn't get a chance to see your old one. I agree with Alicia, I wouldn't discount the new packages yet.  But I must say my add-ons seem to sell pretty well. I don't have many though and I've only come up with three packages. I'll have to give more thought to possibly putting together more.  A couple of months ago I redid my website too www.wings-massage.com . I am pleased with how it came out.
