Does anyone have any advice on the best way to transition from a full time practice to a part-time practice?
Thank you.

Depends on your situation, do you rent a space full time? Do you only do out calls? Are you working full-time or part-time in a different line of work. What kind of marketing do you do??
Hi Dawn, I've done this in our two different practices, when I had my children (we moved to a different city between). It does depend on some factors, like if you could possibly hire someone to take over particular hours you are currently working, or if you are planning on paring down your clientele without keeping them in your circle. We could probably help you brainstorm, if you answer Sreed's questions. :)
Talk to the businesses near you. They may need a part time filler in your off hours. Many just do outcall on their own which allows you to give availability of the hours you want to work. In that case I know many who use massageanywhere.com to promote. Also make sure you get on yelp with a review. I worked 11 years before giving up my old career completely. Now I am so glad to be full time in my own massage clinic.
Best of luck
