I've been using "NRG Massage Deluxe Sheet Set Flannel" that I've purchased at various times from MassageWarehouse.  I've noticed that the older sets I'm using (purchased 2.5 yrs ago) are made of a higher quality and are more durable, less shrinkage, etc than the sets I've purchased in the last 12 months from them.  I need to buy more sets now and am hesitant to reorder from them.  Any recommended suggestions similar/better to what I'm using now in the $17-$21 per set price range?

I would check online and store sales for twin flannel ( I like jersey knit too) they usually go on clearance this time of year. I but my headrest covers separately.

I got great flannel sheets at Bed, Bath, & Beyond for $15.99 each with my 20% off coupon.  That's a great deal if you have one near you and you receive the coupons.  The brand was Seasons.  Nice and heavy, not real thin like most I've seen. You can order and use the coupon online too, I think.

If you don't get the BB&B coupons, you can try looking them up on RetailMeNot.com. ???

I took Jill's recommendation on tried the BBB's Season sheets - wow! They are nice! Nice and thick, they look great and very reasonable for the price. The only thing is they are lacking in a color/print range (I find prints make it harder to see any hard to get out oil stains).

I like the NRG cotton/poly sheets online at Massage Warehouse.  Mine have held up nicely over the last couple of years and I feel like they still have a fair amount of use left in them.  I use the natural color and haven't had any trouble with stains.  Right now, these sheets are $15.99/set.

I recently bought a set of sheets from Biotone. They are 100% cotton flannel, thick and soft, I have washed them several times and they are holding up perfectly, and my clients love them, so I will go ahead and get several more. I want to have all matching sheet sets. They are selling them separately, at 8 something each.
