Having lots of trouble studying for my boards. I could really use a tutor. I have my bones and muscles down but need to start at square one for most of the other information. Any help or advice is appreciated.

Hi Clarise,
The one thing that helped me the most was: www.massagenerd.com. The site is FREE. All of the test/quiz sections are good. Make sure to take the full Test/Quiz - Test 1, Test 2, and Test3. The questions are VERY similar to the real MBLEx. It also gives you a great idea of what answers they are looking for on the exam.
FYI: The questions aren't hard or tricky on the real exam, so don't overthink them!
Good luck!
Mark
Hi Clarise, check out ABMP Exam Coach, a virtual test prep tool for the MBLEx which includes unlimited quizzes, audio pronunciation guides, simulated practice exams, and more. Find out more information at https://www.abmp.com/examcoach. Hope that helps!

Hi Clarise Bristow
In my opinion you can opt for the massage therapy. There are tremendous benefits to be achieved through regular massage therapy treatments from a Registered Massage Therapist.
Whether your need is to have a moment of relaxation, reduce muscle tension or attain relief from chronic pain, a therapeutic massage can enhance your overall sense of emotional and physical well-being.
For new massage therapists, the NCBTMB and FSMTB have reached an agreement that the MBLEx is soley the only certification exam now for the massage profession. There are many good ones as listed, I always recommend the online MBLEx Study Guide, it's an online study guide and gives you the same familiar feeling that you will face on test day, for the MBLEx is taken on a computer.
