Accounting Software

Hello, I'd like to hear from other massage professionals who are running software programs for their business accounting.  We are familiar with both QuickBooks and Peachtree but am wondering if anyone is using accounting software successfully that is geared towards a massage therapy practice.  We have three owner/therapists who practice as well as independent contractors who are part of our team.  Does anyone have a good suggestion?

What functionality are you looking for out of the software? Many spa/salon management programs do a lot of the pay tracking much better than any accounting program ever will.

Hi!  I just set up my own studio and am also interested in what programs (scheduling/billing, etc.) folks are using.

i'm interested too so..  Bumb.   After doing the taxes i have some spreadsheets set up that are ok, maybe a small bussinnes accountant could help set me up better?   

 

scheduleing,  i share a room with one therapist and we use google calendar on our phones to coordinate, the owner can also see it for outcalls, and phone calls. Very basic option.
