Add to my book about ethics

I'm writing a book that deals with unethical situations in the MT profession.  Please share your stories with me.  This can either be a short story about something funny or surprising that happened or it can be a situation (true or imagined) that could help others learn.  Think outside the box, please.  It could be in any setting; classroom, treatment room, office, with co-workers, employers, insurance companies, other healthcare professionals, etc.  We've all encountered situations that give us pause ... and we wonder how we should handle them.  Share yours!  Thanks,
