I have been reading up on agave as a natural sweetener and I am coming across conflicting opinions (as to be expected). 

 

Common sense tells us that natural is always better than artificial, but there is the dilemma of restrictions as far as labeling food.  Natural, organic, unrefined, processed...

 

In your opinion, is agave so much healthier than any other sweetener, is there something specific I should be looking for on the label or NOT wanting to see on the label?
