Analgesic Creams....What Are Your Preferences?

 I would like to offer hot and cold therapies to my clients, but there are SO many creams, lotions and gels to choose from that it's all quite confusing! Not only that but many are fairly expensive so I would hate to buy something that really doesn't even work and was a waste of money.

 Some of the brand names I've seen are Sombra, Prossage, Biofreeze, Arnica, etc. but there are as many that aren't well known.

 So I would like your advice....What are some of YOUR preferences? What really works and what doesn't?
