Has anyone done any work specifically with the bicep and it attachemnts at the front of the shoulder? The acromial attachement is severly painful to the touch. The bicep muscle itself is sore but not like the attachemenst. I have been working on this area for about 5 weeks with not much improvement. There is no muscle weakness. The injury was probably due to a fall 7 months ago and then overuse. My current stratagy has been to leave the attachment alone to heal and avoid more irritation. I am working to elongate the bicep and anterior delt muscle as well as release any pectoral tightness. Also releasing neck and rotator cuff muscles. Any thoughts and/or advice to increase sucess and healing? Thanks!
