Body treatments in WA state

So I'd like to learn some body treatments. Mostly what I'm wanting to learn is how to do different body wraps. I've been looking around online and I'm seeing that massage therapists aren't allowed to do body wraps or some sites have even said body treatments (ex. salt scrubs, body polish). This doesn't seem right. I've heard of some schools teaching different body treatments to MT's. But I'm seeing that you have to have an esthetics licence to do them. Is this true? Or are these websites getting it wrong. In fact, from one site it looks like only one state allows MT's to do body wraps. I'm not finding much info on body wraps or body treatments on the WA state website so would love help from anyone willing to help or knows the answer to this.
