Business owners

Hi everyon, I am new here, and I have a question for massage owners in Texas. As an investment i am starting a massage practice, where we will subcontract, employ, and lease out rooms to massage therapists. Now the business is under an llc, and I myself will not be performing any massages. My question is. Do I need to be a massage therapist to simply own and manage the busines?. I know I need an establishment license.
