when I started their were three therapist and we all had our clients, then one mt quit so there was no need to give my business card cause I was basically it, the other therapist only came in a couple of times a month. Then as time went on we hired a couple of more therapist and the one we hire is very dominant. She tell the the front desk people she only wants 1 hour massages no 1/2 hour massages and she want 6 a day and she has them back to back regardless if her clients have to wait. well a lot of the clients I had went to her because it had been awhile since they were here at the office and when they call they state I need mon and thurs so the front desk give them to her! she is booked solid for the next three months (I used to work on Thursdays but changed to tue, wed, fri. I din't notice this happening till I was looking for one of my clients file and notice she had her clients separate from the other files and in them were at least 30 clients that i start first. meanwhile I am not getting the workload. I avg 6 for three days and sometimes not even that! I am desperate to build back my clientele, I talk to manager, she says I have to WOW my clients!!!!! I need advice...

Just say no?!?
Seriously though, can you expand on your comment? Who's booking your clients with another? Why?
PT Manager does not view it like I do. as far as who ever started with that client is that therapist's client unless there was a circumstance the client simple requested some else and to my knowledge that has not happened.
