Consultation Forms
Ok I need a consultation form for school. Part of our class. The only ones I can find are PDF and I don't know how to change them up and make them my own. Where can I get those little people to put on mine so they can circle the parts they want worked on and stuff like that. Thats really the only part I want. And for texas I know you have to have a statement of purpose or something. This class is mind numbingly boring and I'm having a hard time paying attention. Sigh. Any help or pointers would be nice. Thank you.
