Hello Everyone!
Did any one have an idea how to create a intake list for coorporate chair massage? If i go to a company to perform a chair massage for 40 people. I would like to send the company a intake list in advance. So when I am on location, I would have people on the name list that show up accordingly for the chair massage. what content would i put on the intake list? did anyone have any sample?
After the massage, I would like the client to give a review for the massage. What about a thank you card? or anyone have any suggestions? or samples?
