Hello all again... I have to pick your brains again. I was in the process of cleaning at the spa I work at and wanted to know what the shelf life is on Dead Sea Mud once it has been opened?  The mud looks and smells okay.

Since mud has survived on the earth for millions of years before it is packaged, it shouldn't go bad at all, and I cannot imagine why mud would need a preservative added to it, particularly Dead Sea mud, which is full of salts that are natural preservatives. If it gets dried out a little bit of water mixed in should revive it. I have mud several years old that's as good as the day I bought it.
