Difference between bamboo massage courses

Can someone please explain the difference to me between the available bamboo massage courses?  I've been trying to find comparisons to see if there are any major differences. I'd like to do what best suits me, but I think they are all marginally the same at this point (minus that some add guasha or different bamboo tools into the mix). Thank you.
