Do you use a treatment room at a clinic or the like?

Hi, I am job hunting and need to know what kind of financial arrangements are common out there when you work at a clinic as an Independent Contractor. Do you have to pay straight rent on a room, or a percentage of your fee, or what?
I am trying to schedule an interview with a local clinic, and am awaiting the contract papers.
From what I have heard so far, they do not make the appointments or do the billing. So I really wonder if this is a desirable situation for me to be in.

Not sure about the 'clinic'. But I have been practicing since 07/07 and I think i've done it all, independent contractor, employee hrly, employee not hrly and private clients. As an independent contractor I won't settle for less then 50% as you are responsible for taxes...hope that helps.
