Far Infrared

Just wondering if anyone uses a Far Infrared Unit? I've been researching it and there appear to be differences between Carbon Heaters and Ceramic. I've read pro and con, but was hoping for some views on people who actually own the units and can tell me which one is a better purchase and brand names they would recommend. Thanks.

I just spent some time researching saunas because I'm interested in the technology, and I agree it's not straightforward ! Most of the info comes from the manufacturers so it's biased in favor of their product.

I'll keep at it and let you know if I sort anything out.....Lee
