Fire coral sting..how will this affect me giving massages?

I got a minor sting by fire coral about a weekago. I though it was better but it is irritated by extreme hot or extreme cold. I am about to go back to
work and concerned how givin massages is going
to feel. I can not seem to
find any info about this. Anyone have any advice..treatment..is it safe to do?
