Call the DOH directly. I doubt that they visited her place of business. With budget cuts the board can't do much.

It isn't really a big deal though. There isn't much harm that can actually be done. That is why our insurance is so cheap.

Yes you could do chiropractic if you wanted to and didn't charge for it.

I would just focus on your own practice and if you want to pursue it call the police. They are the ones who enforce the law-not the board really from what I understand but it would be good to call the board to see what exactly they are responsible for or go to the next board meeting.
