Getting clients in the door the first time
I recently opened my massage practic in a new clinic in a new town and I am having trouble getting new clients in the door I have a great return and referral rate when I have clients at my other location but I'm unable to brig them to my new space so I'm wondering if anyone has any good tips to get that first client in the door. Thank you.

If it's applicable to your situation, sandwich board signs are unbelievably effective. You can build your own inexpensively from plywood and 2x4's, and have a sign shop make a sign that you can staple to the frame. I've used this technique many times to great effect. (if allowed by your town, regulations vary)
