getting deleted from groups

How do I get unsubscribed from this site and groups? I don't see any setting to clear all or unsubscribe. I am getting out of massage after two years due to the severe stagnancy of massage jobs in my area. I am selling all my massage modality DVD's, c.e.u. courses, etc.
