I am curious if anyone has had success with Google Adwords. Recently got a (Google) advertisement offering $100 in free advertising for the same. Is this something of value for a single practitioner? Thanks.

Many thanks for your thoughtful reply. I, too, am one of the thousands in the Bay area. I am still exploring this possibility, motivated by the "freebie". I have a part-time practice, not a storefront, which has run by word of mouth but could use a little more exposure.
