What is the best way to find out where and when these events take place . and has anyone been successful with a chair or table at these events. Any advice will help.

Go to your local chamber they will have a list of events. Watch for adds in the local paper. Plus most events are done yearly so ask around. I don't just go to health fairs. You will find me at any fund raiser or local event where people are gathered. Be creative so you can offer anything they may need. Sometimes it will be a massage chair sometimes the lafuma for reflexology. Sometimes just essential oils. Depends on the event. Just have fun with it. It is amazing how many people you will meet and then they want more of what you offer.
