How do I add gift certificate and sales to my website?

I just use paypal and put a buy now button and you can select other options for people to give you an address to sent it to. It works fine for me.

I use www.spaboom.com They're great, they have numerous certificates to choose from, the buyer can either email it to the recipient, print it out on their end and send it to them, or request that we mail it. The fee is cheap, cheap, cheap. I've been using them for years and sell the heck out of them.

They base the "look" of the certificate off of your website. Or you can choose to send one of your own instead of "instant". You can track all sales. They direct deposit twice a month in your specified account. It allows you to create your own packages. It allows the purchaser an option of a specified dollar amount. They take 8% for fees incurred. No other fees, just the 8% per transaction.
